Researching the case of Jennifer Clements versus State of Texas. Jennifer was married to her husband and she claims her was abusive to her. He followed her and verbal abused Jennifer. He was convicted of stalking on one occasion. My question is does the case constitute the crime of stalking? How is the murder a crime of stalking? I am trying to see if the evidence in the case is sufficient to support a stalking conviction? Did the court of appeals state the statute is not unconstitutionally vague?
